Flawless runs on Mac and Windows computers. Open this page on the computer you chat on.
Mac
macOS 12 or newer
Not sure? Apple menu → About This Mac → Chip. Most Macs since 2020 have an Apple chip.
- Open the download and drag Flawless into your Applications folder.
- Open Flawless. If macOS says it can't check the app: System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, click Open Anyway. Only needed once.
- Allow Accessibility when Flawless asks. It needs this to read and fix the chat box.
- Enter your access code and open Infloww. Start typing: ✦ appears next to the chat box.
Windows
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
One installer, no admin rights needed.
- Run the downloaded Flawless-Setup file.
- If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”: click More info → Run anyway. Only needed once.
- Enter your access code.
- Open Infloww and start typing: ✦ appears next to the chat box.

Why the warning?
Mac and Windows ask once about new apps from smaller developers until the app carries Apple's and Microsoft's signature, which is on its way. After that first start, nothing pops up.

Pick a plan under Pricing; the code is on your welcome page and every receipt. Chatting for an agency? Ask your admin for your personal code.
Works with
The Infloww desktop app. In Settings you can also turn it on in Chrome, Edge and other browsers.
