Using Flawless
How do I get started?
- Download Flawless for Mac or Windows and open it.
- On a Mac, allow Accessibility when asked: Flawless needs it to read and fix the chat box.
- Enter your access code, try the practice message, then open Infloww and type.
Flawless lives in the menu bar (Mac) or tray (Windows). Turn on Settings › General › Start with computer and it's ready when your shift starts.
How do I put a fix in?
Pause for a second: the corrected message appears in a small card above the chat box, every change highlighted. Click Use or press ⇧ Enter. Keep typing or click ✕ and the card goes away.
Can it fix messages without me doing anything?
Yes. Settings › General › Replace automatically swaps the fix in by itself when you stop typing. Send after replacing also presses Enter for you. Undo with ⌘ Z or Ctrl Z. Risky words are never replaced and pause auto-send.
How do I check a message by hand?
Click ✦ or press ⌥ Space (Mac) or Ctrl Space (Windows). A popup shows the fixed message, highlights each change (hover to see what you wrote) and adds short tips so you learn. Enter puts it in, Tab switches Native and Flirty, E edits, Esc closes.
What's the difference between Native and Flirty?
Native (the default) fixes real mistakes and textbook wording no native girl would text. Everything natural stays: lowercase, emojis, “heyyy” and slang like u, idk, tbh, ngl. Flirty adds a fun twist to the same message; what you meant, the offer and the price stay the same.
Is my message text stored?
No. Drafts are sent only to be checked, to AI hosts that don't store or train on them. Your settings and styles stay on your computer.
Settings and styles
How do I set up a creator's style?
In Settings › Styles, describe each creator: her vibe, words to keep exactly as written and words she never uses. Styles shape how Native and Flirty sound; grammar fixes work without one. With several styles, switch from the menu bar or tray icon.
American or British English?
Pick it under Settings › General › English, or per style so a UK creator sounds British. It covers spelling, words and slang: color/colour, mom/mum, sneakers/trainers, vacation/holiday. British slang like fancy, fit, cheeky and innit stays as typed.
Can the tips be in my language?
Yes: Settings › General › Explain mistakes in. Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, Indonesian and many more. The message itself is always English.
Which words get flagged as risky?
Off-platform payment and contact details, meetup talk and age terms. Add what your agency has learned in Settings › Risky words. Warn shows the red “!”, Block also pauses auto-send.
Where does Flawless work?
Settings › General › ✦ Button: In Infloww (default), In Infloww and browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and more), In every app, or Off. Search and filter boxes are skipped.
For agencies
How do seats work?
One seat is one computer. A code works on as many computers at once as it has seats, so it can't be passed around. A computer gives its seat back with Settings › General › Sign out; seats unused for 7 days free up by themselves.
Where is my team page and what can I do there?
The link is on your welcome page and on every receipt. Keep it to yourself. There you can give each chatter a personal code, remove a person or a computer in one click, and pause or resume the whole team.
How do I give each chatter their own code?
On the team page, add the chatter's name: they get a personal code that works on one computer and takes one seat. Remove them and the code stops working within a minute.
How do I add seats, change plan or cancel?
On the team page, Add seats or manage billing opens the secure Stripe portal: add or remove seats, switch between monthly ($15 per seat) and yearly ($12 per seat per month), update your card or cancel.
Is there a partner program?
Yes: recommend Flawless and earn 20% of every payment for 12 months; the agencies you bring get 10% off their first 3 months. Join the partner program.
Fix a problem
“This code is already used on other computers”
All seats of the code are taken. Sign out on a computer that no longer needs it, remove a computer on the team page, or add seats. A personal code works on one computer; your admin can remove it and give you a new one.
“Live checks are paused” or “Daily fair-use limit”
Each computer has a fair-use budget far above a full shift. Live checks paused: clicking ✦ still works, live checks come back next month. Daily limit: resets at midnight UTC. Seeing this on a normal shift? Email us.
Mac or Windows warns when I open it
Mac (“can't be opened”): System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway. Windows (“Windows protected your PC”): More info › Run anyway. Both appear only the first time.
A fix changed something it shouldn't
Keep typing or click ✕ to ignore it. If it's a word she always writes her way, add it to the style's words to keep in Settings › Styles. Send us the example (without names or personal details) so we can improve it.
How do updates work?
Flawless downloads updates by itself. When one is ready, the menu bar or tray menu says so; it installs the next time Flawless restarts.
