Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card or the wallets offered in your country, on Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in USD; checkout can show your local currency. Payments are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout, so your receipt and card statement show Link.
When do I get my access code?
Right after paying, on the welcome page and by email. Lost it? Get it again with your email address.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes, anytime: Log in and choose Add or remove seats. New seats are charged for the rest of the current period only.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. On your team page, open Card & invoices and change the plan.
Do I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. At checkout, add your company name and tax ID; every payment comes with a receipt and invoice by email.
Why is tax added at checkout?
Sales tax or VAT depends on where you are. Checkout adds it where the law requires it; businesses with a valid tax ID in the EU or UK usually pay none.
How do I cancel?
On your team page under Card & invoices. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
